Brake Servo Vacuum Sensors & Pressure Transducers

Browse replacement Brake Servo Vacuum Sensors and pressure switches at AH Car Parts. Mounted directly on the brake booster or vacuum line, our precision vacuum pressure sensors measure negative pressure in the brake servo to ensure optimal braking assistance and start-stop engine operation β€” backed by a full 1-Year Warranty.

What is a Brake Servo Vacuum Sensor?

The brake servo vacuum sensor measures negative pressure level inside the brake booster housing. It feeds continuous pressure data to the ECU and ABS/ESP module to trigger auxiliary vacuum pumps and control auto start-stop system eligibility.

Why Do Brake Vacuum Sensors Fail?

Continuous thermal cycling in the engine bay degrades internal piezoelectric diaphragm elements and circuit boards. Moisture intrusion, oil vapor from vacuum lines, or perished rubber grommet seals can also cause sensor signal distortion.

Symptoms of a Faulty Vacuum Sensor

Common symptoms include a hard brake pedal feel, disabled Start-Stop feature, warning lights for ABS/ESP or brake system errors, or diagnostic fault codes such as C0082, P0555, P0556, P0557, or P0558.

Why Choose AH Car Parts?

Our replacement brake booster pressure sensors feature high-accuracy piezoelectric elements, OE-grade rubber sealing rings, and multi-pin electrical connectors for exact push-fit installation into the brake servo. Fast UK dispatch.

Need Help Matching Your Brake Servo Vacuum Sensor?

We are here to assist with pin count, plug orientation, grommet sizes, and OEM part numbers.

Vehicle Reg & Part Number Verification

Unsure whether you need a 3-pin or 4-pin sensor, or matching OEM cross-references (e.g. BMW 34336875602, VAG 1J0907597, Ford / JLR numbers)? Send us your registration number, and our technical team will verify exact fitment.

1-Year Warranty Included

Every brake servo vacuum pressure sensor supplied by AH Car Parts is quality tested and backed by our standard 1-Year replacement warranty.
