365-Day Returns
For items that are no longer needed or purchased by mistake.
Check Condition
Items must be unused, unfitted, and (in original packaging if possible) to be eligible for a return within 365 days of purchase.
Return to Base
Return the item to Unit 1, 20 Bertha Road, B11 2NN. You can drop it off in person or send it via trackable post.
Refund Processed
Once verified as unused, we will process your refund to the original payment method immediately.
Warranty Claims
For items suspected of having a manufacturing fault (Replacement Only).
Return for Inspection
The suspected faulty item must be returned to us for a technical inspection to verify the manufacturing defect.
Technical Verification
Our team will inspect the part to confirm the fault. Please note that warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation.
Replacement Only
Verified faulty items are eligible for a Replacement Only. We will provide a new part to resolve the warranty claim.
