Standard TPMS Reset & Relearn Procedure

Follow these standard steps to pair your pre-coded TPMS sensors with your vehicle after installation.

1

Check & Correct Tyre Pressure

Ensure all tyres are inflated to the recommended pressure found on the sticker inside your driver's door jamb or owner's manual before resetting.

2

Turn Vehicle to ON Position

Turn the ignition key to the ON position (do not start the engine). For push-button start, press the button without touching the brake pedal.

3

Locate TPMS Reset Button or Menu

Find the TPMS reset button under the dashboard area, or navigate to the Tyre Pressure Reset option in your infotainment menu.

4

Press and Hold Reset Button

Press and hold the TPMS reset button until the dashboard indicator light blinks slowly 3 times, then release it (some models require holding for ~10 seconds).

5

Start & Idle Vehicle

Start the engine and let the vehicle idle for 20 to 25 minutes to allow the central ECU to calibrate with the new sensor signals.

6

Drive Vehicle to Complete Recalibration

Drive at speeds above 20 mph for 10–15 minutes to finalize the automatic learning process.
